Reflection and Intentions

Action Task: Submit Your Intentions

Let’s begin with intention.
This reflection will help you clarify what brought you here, where you’re headed, and how you want to feel along the way.

How to Submit

Click Browse under the Upload Assignment section below this lesson, then click Upload.
You can respond in the format that feels most natural to you:

  • A written or typed journal entry
  • A digital or hand-drawn image (upload a photo or file)
  • A recorded audio message

This is your reflection. Choose the method that best captures your voice.

Your Reflection

Please take 5–10 minutes to reflect on the following:

  1. What drew you to this experience?
  2. What do you hope to gain or shift over the next 12 weeks?
  3. How do you want to feel at the end of this journey?

Then, write a one-sentence intention using this frame:

“As I move through this journey, I want to…”

You can include your sentence at the end of your submission, keep it visible in your workspace, or revisit it in your personal journal.

What Happens Next

Once submitted, someone from our team will review your reflection and respond within a week with a supportive note.
This is not graded—it’s simply a way for us to walk alongside you with more clarity and care.

For Tier 2: Community Option

Next Up! Module 2

You’ve named what matters most—your values. Now it’s time to notice how those values show up in your daily experience. In Module 2, we’ll explore emotional awareness: how to recognize what you’re feeling in the moment and why it matters for your leadership.
